Requirements :

1. SHOULD BE WILLING TO WORK FOR HOME CARE  - TRAVEL TO PATIENTS HOME /STAY AT PATIENTS HOME FOR SERVICE.
2. Should have Aadhar Card with DD/MM/YYYY
3. Should have Nursing Council Certificate from the state they would work

Roles

1. Attend, administer, monitor, record all medical nursing service calls assigned.
2. Coordinating with physicians and other team members for creating and evaluating customized care plans.
3. Educating patients’ families about the disease and its treatment
4. Interpret patient information and make critical decisions about needed actions.
5. Adhering with the protocols, norms, rules and regulations in order to maintain complete medical records
6. Checking the stock on a regular basis for maintaining the inventory level, and placing orders if required
7. Managing billing, accountable bill, receipt payable
8. Maintain Nursing notes and report to the lead
9. Responsible & accountable for stock provided
10. Database management of patients and updation
11. Maintaining reports of patients’ medical histories, and monitoring changes in their condition
12. Handover work log during shift

Description :

DESIGNATION 1 :  NURSE-CLINICAL CARE (DP)

EDUCATION 1 : GNM OR DIPLOMA IN NURSING (FULL TIME) after 10+12

DESIGNATION 2    :   NURSE-CLINICAL CARE (GR)

EDUCATION 2 : B.SC IN NURSING or Post B.Sc Nursing (FULL TIME) after 10+12

EXPERIENCE : 6 Months to 8 Years (Preferably)

LOCATION :  Bangalore, Hyderabad & Mumbai and Pune

TIMINGS : 12 Hours Day Shift and 12 Hours Night Shift (Rotational) – 12 Hours Shift

HOSTEL FACILITY : Shall be provided and deducted from Employees Salary

SALARY : Irrespective of Qualification & Experience Salary is based on Technical Assessment
